Judgment
ORDER
The present Application filed seeking the following relief:
"a)Appoint Mrs. Geetha Sridhar as the Interim Resolution Professional in the place of Mr. Poosaidurai who has expressed his inability to be the Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor; and
b)Pass such further or other orders/reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."
Vide order dated 05.06.2025 in C.P. (IB)/2(CHE)2024, this Tribunal had appointed Mr. S. Poosaidurai having Registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01965/2019-2020/12995 as Interim Resolution Professional in the matter of Electronic Controls & Discharge Systems Private Limited.
Mr. S. Poosaidurai had withdrawn his consent to act as Interim Resolution Professional vide letter dated 05.06.2025, citing medical reasons for not accepting the assignment given by this Tribunal vide the order dated 05.06.2025 in C.P.(IB)/2(CHE)2024. Therefore taking on record the withdrawal, Mr. S. Poosaidurai is discharged from his office & duties with immediate effect.
We, therefore appoint Mrs. Geetha Sridhar bearing IBBI Registration No.IBBI/IPA-02/IP-N000854/2019-20/12733 (AFA valid till 31.12.2025), (Contact No. 9500071967), as Interim Resolution Professional of Corporate Debtor, who has given her Written Consent in Form-2.
Accordingly, IA(I.B.C)/1015(CHE)2025 is allowed and disposed off.
