Judgment
Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 requested for an additional time for filing written submissions, of two days' only. Let it be filed within a week's time, after exchange with the counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner may also file written arguments within a week.
While hearing arguments, a question was raised with regard to Standard Form of Contract (SFC) as well as Standard Form of Agreement(SFA) provided in the Regulations of TRAI and the effect of Interconnection agreement, base of the present dispute, wherein a compensation of Rs. 5000/- per STB has been provisioned, was queried as to whether Interconnection Agreement may be given effect to with regard to SFA and SFC promulgated by Regulations?
Learned counsel for the petitioner requested for time for addressing over this point after going through the Regulations and the law previously propounded on this point. It is specifically requested because no such point was ever objected and raised by respondent, in past.
