It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that as per OTS proposal the entire amount has been received from the corporate debtor and on instructions he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Keeping in view, the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner the present petition bearing CP(IB) No.212/Chd/HP/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn and IA No.691/2022 rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
