IA 603 of 2023:- Heard, on the application under Section 12 A whereby the Petitioner/Financial Creditor has sought to withdraw the Petition following one time settlement proposal of the Corporate Debtor having been accepted by the Financial Creditor. The Application is supported by resolution having been passed by the CoC in its 6th meeting held on 13th February, 2023. In view of the averments made in the Application under Section 12 A of IBC 2016, the IA stands disposed of as withdrawn. Accordingly, the above IA is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
