Heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant on I.A. No. 1877/2021 an application for seeking exemption from filing legible and typed copies of the dim and illegible annexures. After due consideration the application is allowed.
Heard Ld. Counsel for the Appellant. He submits that Ld. 'Adjudicating Authority' has erroneously dismissed the application u/s 7 of the 'Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code' (IBC) 2016 holding that the application is barred by limitation, however, they have filed the detailed chart to show that the claim is within limitation.
We have also heard on IA. No. 1876/2021 an application for seeking permission to place on record additional documents before this Tribunal.
Issue notice through Speed Post as well as e.mail (both mode). Requisites alongwith process fee be filed within two days. If the Appellant provides the e-mail Address of the Respondent, let notice be also issued through e-mail.
Let the matter be fixed for 'Admission (After Notice)' and for consideration of I.A. No. 1876/2021 on 22nd October, 2021.
