Judgment
These six appeals in ITA No. 1105 to 1110/Del/2026 for Assessment Year(s) 2018-19 to 2023-24 have been filed by the assessee before the ITAT, Delhi Benches, New Delhi against separate appellate orders passed by ld. CIT(A)-29, New Delhi .
The assessee through its counsel CA Shri Lalit Kumar(email id [email protected]) has filed separate applications all dated 15th June, 2026(email dated 15th June, 2026 sent on 14:17:17 hrs sent to [email protected] and [email protected]) for withdrawal of all these six appeals. The said applications are placed on record in file.
The ld. CIT-DR has no objection to withdrawal by the assessee of all its six appeals.
After hearing both the parties, we dismiss the six appeals in ITA No. 1105 to 1110/Del/2026 for assessment years 2018-19 to 2023-24 as being withdrawn . We order accordingly.
In the result, all the six appeals filed by the assessee stand dismissed as withdrawn.
