Heard Learned Counsel for the Appellant as well as Learned Counsel appearing for the Resolution Professional.

This Appeal has been filed against the Order dated 11th April, 2022 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Court –II (The Adjudicating Authority) by which I.A. No. 1611/2022 has been disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that in so far as the Prayer 'a' in the I.A. as noted in the Order of the Adjudicating Authority is concerned he does not press the said prayer and he confines his Appeal only with regard to the prayer 'b' by which he has sought directions to the Resolution Professional to keep the Resolution Applicant informed of and supply all details and documents pertaining to attachment of the assets of the Corporate Debtor and or its subsidiaries by the Directorate of Enforcement.

Learned  Counsel  for  the  Appellant  submits  that  no  asset  of  the Corporate Debtor has been attached and it is the assets of only subsidiaries which have been attached. He submits that Email dated 05th April, 2022 was sent to the Resolution Professional but no Reply has been received.

Mr.  P  Nagesh,  Learned  Sr.  Counsel  appearing  for  the  Resolution Professional submits that RP has no hesitation in giving the details whatever information available with the Resolution Professional as asked for by the Appellant regarding the attachment of the subsidiaries.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we close this Appeal observing that the Resolution Professional as stated shall communicate the information which are in his possession regarding the attachment of subsidiaries.

This Appeal is disposed of, accordingly.
