ORDER

31.07.2023: This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.07.2023.

We intent to reproduce the impugned order for the sake of clarification. The impugned order is reproduced as under:

“Ld. Counsel Mr. B Dhanaraj appears for the RP of RISPL. Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. P H Arvindh Pandian appears for the RP of RPPL. Ld. Counsel Mr. S.R.Raghunathan appears for the RP of RPPL. Clarifications submitted by the Applicant to the queries raised by this Tribunal during the hearing on 03.07.2023 vide S.R. No.2779 dated 06.07.2023. On the last date, Ld. Counsel for the parties were directed to file convenient compilation. It is seen that convenient compilation has been filed in 12 volumes. Ld. Counsel for the Applicant is directed to file convenient compilation not exceeding 100 pages and file afresh. Ld. Counsel Mr. S.R.Raghunathan submits that RISPL has entered fresh agreements of O & M with other parties which are not connected with RPPL Purchase/Assignment arrangements/BT Agreements. He seeks and is granted a week’s time to file written submissions giving the details not exceeding 50 pages. Ld. Sr. Counsel Mr. S.R.Rajagopal appearing for the SRA submits that the application filed by SRA is listed for 24.07.2023. List the matter for hearing on 25.07.2023.”

Counsel for the parties have informed us that on 25.07.2023, the Adjudicating Authority has passed another order which is reproduced as under:

We have heard counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that all the applications are ordered to be listed on 08.08.2023 for hearing, we do not find any merit in the present appeal for the purpose of interference.

In view thereof, the present appeal is hereby dismissed. No costs.
