ORDER
CA No. 100/2019 is filed under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, for withdrawal of the IB Application-1654/ND/2018. IRP Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain present in person and makes a statement that COC has not been informed. In view of the same, the present case is covered under the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court “Swiss Ribbons Private Limited & Another v. Union of India & Ors. Application is allowed in terms of prayers. Application is disposed of, as a consequence IB-1654/ND/2018 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
