Judgment
Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J
I. A. No. 4441 of 2022:
This interlocutory application has been preferred by the petitioner in which it has been brought to the notice of the court that the date of regularization of the petitioner has been shifted by the University from 27.10.1986 to 28.07.1981.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though most of the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed, but he is aggrieved with the fact that though, the pay-fixation of the petitioner was forwarded by the Ranchi University vide letter dated 11.06.2021, but the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are sitting tight over the matter and even after lapse of about one year, no decision has been taken upon the same.
Mr. Ashwini Bhusan, A.C. to Sr. S. C. III appearing for the State has submitted that he has to take instruction with respect to the letter dated 11.06.2021 issued by the Vice Chancellor, Ranchi University, Ranchi.
In view of the said submission, let this matter be listed on 13.06.2022 under the heading ‘For Orders’ on the top of the Board by which time, a reply to I. A. No. 4441 of 2022 must be filed by the concerned respondents.
List this case accordingly.
