Judgment

Notice. Mr. Dinesh Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
Without going into the merit of the issue involved in this petition, as it stands submitted on instructions by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall present himself before the learned Trial Court on 03.09.2020 and furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of learned Court below, this application is disposed of with the direction that till 04.09.2020, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Criminal Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 452 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO, pending adjudication before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, District Mandi, H.P., in which, he has been declared as proclaimed offender. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a hard copy of this petition with the Registry of this Court within a period of one week.
