Learned Government Pleader submits that a statement has already been filed. It is not seen incorporated. Registry shall incorporate the same as
early as possible. However, in view of Ext.P3, it is submitted that further instructions are required and it may even necessitate an additional statement
to be filed. The learned Government Pleader seeks two weeks time. Taking into account the issue arising in the case, the request is reasonable.
2. Petitioners' counsel expressed his apprehension about the expiry of time period for registration of the document produced as Ext.P2. It is noticed
that a bonafide legal contention has been raised by the petitioners, which has arisen on account of the refusal of the 1st respondent to register Ext.P2
document. If petitioners ultimately succeed in this writ petition, they shall not be prejudiced for raising this dispute, that too, without delay.
3. Since the writ petition has been pending before this Court from 10.3.2021, petitioners will be eligible to exclude the time period from 10.3.2021 till
29.6.2021 while calculating the period for registration of the document.
