Judgment

Heard Mr.Tanmay Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2.   The writ petition involves the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why
appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued directing the Opp. Parties to release the Provisional Pass Certificate of the petitioners.
And may pass such other order/orders as deemed just and proper.
And on perusal of causes shown if any or upon insufficient causes shown make the said rule absolute and may pass such other order/orders as deemed just and
proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound, ever pray.â€
In disposal of I.A. No.9758 of 2021, this Court by order dated 28.7.2021 considering similar situation has already directed the competent authority
for releasing the provisional pass certificate in respect of the petitioners upon production of certified copy of this order along with an affidavit
indicating therein that upon joining such course and upon completion of examination, they will join back in discharging their duties as is being done
presently. In the event of filing of such affidavit of undertaking along with certified copy of this order before the Competent Authority by tomorrow
(04.8.2021), the provisional pass certificates in respect of each petitioners shall also be released on the same date itself keeping in view that the last
date of filing of application to such courses expires on 05.8.2021, if the extension is granted in favour of the petitioners.
With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified of this order in course of the day..
