This writ petition is inter alia directed against order dated 27 February 2026 by which the services of the petitioner were dispensed with.
Ms. Monika Arora, learned CGSC who appears for Respondents 2 and 3 submits, on instructions, that the termination order dated 27 February 2026 is being withdrawn with liberty to take action in accordance with law, if so advised.
In that view of the matter, the principal grievance in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been become infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioner to re-approach the Court should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved by any action of the respondents.
