The instant petition has been filed for grant of following reliefs:Â​

“(i) That office order dated 8.01.2020 (Annexure PÂ11) may be quashed and set aside to the extent of inclusion of post of Assistant Professor

(Anaesthesia) in Dr. RKGMC, Hamirpur in the said office order;

(ii) That respondents may be directed to finalize the proceedings of DPC in consequence to initiation of promotion process vide communication dated

21.10.2019 (Annexure PÂ​7) and dated 07.11.2019 (Annexure PÂ​8) at the earliest and declare the result of the same forth with;

(iii) That in case the petitioner is selected on the basis of result of the above DPC, as prayed for above, he may be directed to be offered the post of

Assistant Professor (Anaesthesia) at Dr. RKGMC, Hamirpur forthwithâ€​

Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the instructions dated 8.10.2020, received from the Department. Relevant portion

thereof reads as under:Â​

“It is relevant to mention here that the petitioner is in zone of consideration and respondents are ready to consider him as per the Rule 16.29 of the

Handbook of Peronnel matters, VolÂ1 and the zone of consideration would be based on the options exercised and received in the month of November

2019 only. It is further submitted that the petitioner had also given an undertaking annexed as Annexure RÂ​1 for perusal of Hon’ble Courtâ€​

In view of the aforesaid instructions now the respondents have categorically admitted that the petitioner is in the zone of consideration and would be

considered as aforesaid.

Consequently petitioner at this stage does not press the instant petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However it is made clear that in

case petitioner is still aggrieved by any further action of the respondents, she is at liberty to approach this Court for redressal of the same. All interim

orders stands vacated. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
