Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:
i) “That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the present petitioner for the post of Assistant Professor.
ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the present petitioner to participate in the present selection process as per the advertisement
dated 30.12.2019.â€
The petitioner appears to be under some illusion or misconception regarding the award of three marks under the category “awardsâ€.
The awards as contemplated and visualized has essentially to do with the qualifications of the petitioner and anything in furtherence of those
qualifications. Whereas the so called awards for which the petitioner claims entitlement of three marks have been issued by some authorities unrelated
and unconnected in the field of education. Moreover, the petitioner has not been able to satisfy this Court regarding how he managed to procure those
certificates which have been issued by the different authorities from Lucknow and Delhi. Such stereo type certificates can be procured very easily
and therefore, there is no credence much less recognition.
Accordingly, we find no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed, so also the pending application(s), if any.
