Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by Jaipur Bench of this Court in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) Nos.663/2015 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. The Management Committee Sh. Bhagwan Das Todi College and Ors.) decided on 14.11.2015 along with two other connected matters.
In view of the joint submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 14.11.2015 rendered by Jaipur Bench of this Court in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) Nos.663/2015, 664/2015 of 2015 and 1677/2014 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. The Management Committee Sh. Bhagwan Das Todi College and Ors.) decided on 14.11.2015. The respondents are directed to comply with the directions given in the above referred judgment within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. All the pending applications in this writ petition are also disposed of.
