Learned Counsel for the parties present.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Respondents issued a Notification No. 03-PSC (DR-P) of 2022 dated 17.01.2022 by virtue of which applications were invited for the post of Lecturer in Institute of Mental College, Srinagar. The applicant being eligible for the post applied and she has been selected in the open merit category and figures at Serial No. 1 in the select list issued Vide Notification No. 19-PSC (DR-S) of 2022 dated 23.11.2022. It is further submitted that when the recommendation was not released by the respondent PSC, the applicant approached PSC for enquiring, why recommendation is not being released so far, but she was told that Dr. Insha Rauf raised objections against her. The respondents are bent upon to cancel the provisional selection of the applicant without being given any opportunity of being heard to her.

Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly made a submission that it will be suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents for proving a copy of objections raised by other candidates against applicant.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to provide copy of objections with regard to the cancellation of the selection of the applicant. At the same time the respondents are directed not to proceed ahead with finalization of select list without giving an opportunity of being heard to the applicant. The same shall be done within two week’s time from today.
With this view, O.A/332/2023 is disposed of.
