Judgment
Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging the willful and deliberate non compliance of the judgment and order dated 03.06.2026/15.06.2026 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No.310 of 2026 (Sanjay Dalakoti versus State and Others), whereby the respondent contemnor was directed to decide the representation of petitioner within three weeks from the date of order i.e. 15.06.2026.
Learned State counsel appearing for respondent contemnor has passed on to this Court the order dated 18.08.2026 passed by the State; on the strength of that order, learned State counsel submits that the representation dated 31.03.2026 filed by the petitioner has now been decided vide aforesaid order dated 18.08.2026; the said order is taken on record.
Since the order passed by the writ court has been complied with in view of the decision taken by the competent authority on the representation of the petitioner, nothing further remains to be adjudicated.
The contempt petition is accordingly closed.
