These petitions have been filed challenging the order, whereby the petitioners were declined 'No Objection Certificate' for applying for further

employment with respondent No.5; with further direction that the State of Haryana be directed to grant necessary 'No Objection Certificate' to the

petitioners.

It has been pointed out by the counsel for the State that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the 'No Objection Certificates' were issued

in favour of the petitioners, as a temporary measure. However, none of the petitioners have got selected for the post where they had applied. Hence,

the present petitions have been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as such.

However, it is clarified that mere fact that the 'No Objection Certificates' were issued in the present case under interim orders passed by this Court,

shall not be taken as creating any right, per se, in favour of the petitioners to seek 'No Objection Certificates' qua any other employment.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of the connected cases.
