Heard.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Petitioner apprehends that he may not get justice from concerned Presiding Judge, therefore, his case deserves to be transferred to another Court.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned District Judge. All the questions raised by the present applicant have been dealt in detail by the said Court, The said Court has found that the applicant was seeking transfer from the said Court because certain orders have been passed by the said Presiding Officer against the interest of the present applicant. Passing of the interim orders or passing of some judicial orders would not provide right in favour of the party to seek transfer of the case. In the present case, barring projecting the orders as the grounds for transfer nothing else has been said against the Presiding Officer.

After going through the records and hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant I find no reason to make any interference in the order passed by the learned District Judge or transfer the case from one Court to another. The petition is dismissed.
