This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

1) Issue of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction to the respondent to declare the petitioner as “PASS” in the examination in Fellowship in Neonatal Intensive Care Examination conducted by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences held on Feb 2022 by rounding off the marks from 49.50% to 50% as per the decision of this Hon’ble Court in WP No.11348/2020 & WA 547/2021 vide Annexure-E & G and as per the decision of Syndicate meeting held on 17-11-2020 & 17-11-2020 vide Annexure F & F1.

2) Grant such other relief/s that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not intend to prosecute this writ petition any further and instead proposes to submit a representation to the Registrar (Evaluation) of the respondent-University seeking appropriate relief. This writ petition, therefore, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Registrar (Evaluation) of the respondent-University within two days from today and if such representation is submitted, the respondent–University shall take a decision thereon within one week from the date of submission of the representation and communicate the decision immediately thereafter to the petitioner.
