Judgment
Dinesh Mehta, J
Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Mr. A.K.Gaur, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents – State submits that the writ petition lays challenge to the order dated 08.01.2020 (Annexure.5), effect and operation whereof has been stayed by this Court vide its order dated 23.01.2020 passed in the instant writ petition.
While placing a copy of the order dated 13.01.2022 passed by the State Government, learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the impugned order dated 05.01.2020 has been withdrawn by the State Government.
A photocopy of the said order dated 13.01.2022 is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
Needless to observe that if any of the petitioner’s grievance still subsists, she will be free to move appropriate application, including application for recalling of the order or restoration of the writ petition.
The stay application also stand disposed of accordingly.
