Judgment
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that in all these petitions, at the threshold, interim orders were passed permitting the respective petitioners to pursue their PG Dental Course. It is also submitted by learned counsel that most of the petitioners have completed their Course and the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur has also awarded them Degree for PG Dental Course. In petition No.3657/2010, the Federation of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan has ventilated its grievances to challenge revised MDS Course Regulations, 2007 framed by Dental Council of India besides craving other reliefs.
In view of subsequent developments and the factum of awarding degrees to the respective petitioners, who have pursued their PG Course, in my opinion, no further adjudication is required in all these petitions and, consequently, same are disposed of by making the interim orders absolute.
It is made clear that the issues raised in the petition filed on behalf of Federation, bearing No.3657/2010, now in the changed scenario, has remained academic only, which are left open.
