Dr. Sandeep R. Rathod, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tripura is present and he is represented by Mr. SS Dey, learned Adv. General assisted by Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State-respondents.
Ms. Anima Debbarma, Deputy Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Health and Family Welfare Department is also present.
It is represented before this Court in all fairness that the report which is said to have been filed alongwith the Affidavit dated 10.10.2023 through the learned counsel for the respondents-State is erroneous. It is further represented on behalf of the respondents-State that the same has been withdrawn and in terms of the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2023, fresh inquiry would be conducted and report would be submitted on or before 18th October, 2023 and as such, request has been made for an accommodation.
Request considered.
Dr. Sandeep R. Rathod, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Tripura and Ms. Anima Debbarma, Deputy Secretary to the Government of Tripura, Health and Family Welfare Department shall remain present before this Court on 18.10.2023 at 10:30 AM.
