Judgment
Meenakshi Madan Rai, J
In terms of the Order dated 08-09-2022 of this Court, the Contemnors therein are present in person before this Court and Reply dated 20-09-2022 to the Show Cause Notice dated 12-09-2022 have been filed by the District Collector, Pakyong District and the District Collector, Gangtok District, tendering their unconditional apology for failure to comply with the directions of this Court. The grounds for failure to comply with the directions have been detailed in their Reply.
Reply to the Show Cause Notice is accepted.
The personal appearances of the Contemnors are dispensed with.
Learned Government Advocate submits that Mr. Sudesh Joshi, Additional Advocate General who is conducting the matter is in bereavement and therefore seeks adjournment.
