Judgment
Counsels appearing for both the sides jointly submitted that out of the total outstanding amount for which this petition has been preferred, now sizeable amount has already been paid by the respondent to the petitioner and the outstanding amount as on today is approximately Rs.99,000/-.
Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent shall make the payment of Rs.72,000/- within a period of 10 days from today and for the remaining amount settlement may be arrived at between the parities to this litigation.
We have heard the counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that let Rs. 72,000/- be paid by the respondent to the petitioner and for the rest of the amount the parties may negotiate and the matter can be settled later on.
In view of these limited submissions, the respondent shall make the payment of Rs.72,000/- within a period of two weeks from today.
So far as the rest of the amount is concerned, the parities may reconcile their disputes by way of settlement or by way of reconciliation process.
With these observations, this petition is hereby disposed of. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to move this Tribunal again in case of any difficulty, by way of fresh application.
