Petitioner's application for getting his disability assessed by the medical board of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital, Raipur was rejected by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Durg vide order dated 02/02/2019 passed in MACT Case No. 274/16 against which this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by him.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, considered his submissions and went through the records with utmost circumspection.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application before the medical board of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital, Raipur for assessment of his disability and in that event, the medical board of the said Hospital will consider the application for assessment of petitioner's disability expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
A copy of this order be sent to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital, Raipur for needful and compliance by e-mail/fax. No cost(s).
