Notice served on the respondent. None appears. This original petition is filed challenging an order passed by the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, in a pending original petition for dissolution of marriage. The Family Court passed an order directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- to the 1st respondent and Rs.3,000/- to the 2nd respondent-child.
As seen from the impugned order itself, the Net Pay of the petitioner is only Rs.13,534/-. Taking note of those facts, we modify the impugned order. The petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- each to the respondents from the date of impugned order. It seems that none appeared for the respondents before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, as well. We direct the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram, to appoint a Legal Aid Counsel for the respondents, if no Advocate has chosen to represent her.
With the above said direction, this OP(FC) is disposed of.
This Judgment shall be communicated to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
