This petition seeks review of judgment dated 14 October 2025 passed by us in WP(C) 7559/2021. The review petition has been filed by and is being argued by a Counsel who was not the Counsel who argued the writ petition before us.
The Supreme Court has repeatedly advised against this practise.
On Mr. Bhargava commencing his arguments, we queried of Mr. Bhargava as to whether the point that he now seeks to urge in the review petition was ever argued before us.
He submits that he cannot make a statement in that regard as he was not the Counsel who argued the writ petition. He, however concedes that the points on which he is seeking review have not been raised in the writ petition.
On the basis of the material in the writ petition and the points argued before us, we have examined our judgment and we find no error apparent in it thereof.
The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
