This is an application for extension of interim bail period.
Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. S.N. Das, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party
Despite specific direction to the learned A.S.C. to get instructions, it is submitted that instructions could not be obtained.
It is submitted by Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the interim bail granted on 23.03.2022 is going to be expired on 30th May, 2022.
Considering the prayer of the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the Petitioner as per the order dated 23.03.2022 is extended till 30th August, 2022.
It is made clear that the Petitioner shall surrender himself in the trial court on or before 30th August, 2022, failing which learned trial court shall take appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to apprehend him.
I.A. is disposed of.
An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
