Mohammad Rafiq, J.—Contention of learned Counsel for Petitioner is that Petitioner was transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Rawat Bhata to Government Secondary School, Rawat Bhata Bazar on 20.06.2010 and within three months thereafter on 26.09.2010 he was transferred again to Government Secondary School, Khardevala (Badi Sadri). Such transfer order was passed contrary to government policy of ''samanikaran'', according to which when a government teacher has been transferred once under that policy he cannot be subjected to transfer second time.

Perusal of order dated 20.06.2010 indicates that Petitioner was earlier transferred from one school of Rawat Bhata to another school situated in Rawat Bhata Bazar in same town. It cannot be said to be a transfer outside place. The facts of case reveal that Petitioner was posted in Rawat Bhata in 1999 and thereafter he has been transferred outside place after 11 years. The Tribunal, in my view, has not committed any error of law in rejecting appeal of Petitioner.

3.

Writ petition is dismissed.
