This appeal is directed against an order of the learned single judge, dated 03.03.2020, passed in W.P.(C.) 13201/2018, whereby Dhanpatmal Virmani Senior Secondary School was ordered to pay salary to respondent no.1 i.e., Ms. Pooja, for the period she had rendered services to the said school.

2.1. For this purpose, eight weeks were granted to the aforementioned school, from the date of the order.

It would be relevant to note that, the appeal, in the instant case, has been filed, after more than one and a half year has passed from the date of the order, and that too, by the Chairman of the aforementioned school.

3.1. This fact has been put to Mr. Kapil Lalwani, who appears for the appellant.

3.2. Given this position, Mr. Lalwani seeks to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to file a proper appeal, if so advised.

The appeal is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. If and when, the appeal is filed, it will be dealt with, as per law. Consequently, pending applications shall also stand closed. The case papers shall stand consigned to the record.
