Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to release the freezed amount/amount which has been withheld by the respondents due to lack of budget with an interest @ 18% per annum.
Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that this Court on 01.02.2022 passed an order directing the petitioners to submit their claims before the competent authority who shall thereafter pass necessary orders for payment to the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the respondents today has placed on record a copy of the order dated 20.07.2022 whereby, the District Education Officer (Headquarter) Secondary, Udaipur has addressed a letter to the Director Secondary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner stating that necessary directions may be issued for releasing the amount freezed by the Department.
The copy of letter dated 20.07.2022 is taken on record.
In these circumstances, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file their statement of claim before District Education Officer (Headquarter), Udaipur, on or before 16.08.2022 and whereafter, the claim of the petitioners will be processed for payment to them within a period of three months thereafter.
All other pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
