Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, his clients and private opposite parties are all members of one family. Opposite party no.7 is the father. He is 98 years of age. He suffers from disabilities attached to old age. Private opposite party no.8 is getting executed documents from his grandfather, to deprive petitioners.

There has been application dated 12th January, 2023 made to Collector and Chairman, District Medical Board, Bhadrak for issuing disability certificate for the father, to enable his clients to approach the registering authority for relief. He prays, there be direction upon the Collector and Chairman to expeditiously deal with the application and issue the disability certificate.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the application will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to expeditiously deal with said application dated 12th January, 2023 for issuance of disability certificate in respect of opposite party no.7. It must be done within three weeks of communication.

Above direction has been made without directing issuance of notice on private opposite parties since, opposite party no.3 will obtain satisfaction for issuance of the certificate and the qualitative satisfaction has nothing to do with any contention that may be raised, either by petitioners or by private opposite parties.

With above direction and observation the writ petition is disposed of.
