Judgment
Amreshwar Pratap Sahi, J.—The petitioner could not qualify in the tests undergone by him for compassionate appointment on the post of Sub Inspector of Police. The petitioner, therefore, contends that he should be given suitable post.
Learned Standing Counsel contended that the following Class IV post are available:

Duplicating Machine Chaalak.
If the petitioner is qualified for any of the said posts, it is open to him (sic) apply for the same which shall be considered by the Department.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to it, respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner against any of the aforesaid posts, if he is qualified and eligible, within 6 weeks from the date of the production of the certified copy of this order.
