The Registrar of Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh has forwarded copy of the order passed by the Presiding Officer expressing that it will not be appropriate/ethical for him to deal with this matter as he had been dealing with the murder trial pertaining to Shri Gurdeep Chadha @ Ponti Chadda while being a Counsel The case accordingly has been placed for transferring the same to some other Tribunal. In view of the reasons disclosed by the Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Chandigarh, it would be appropriate to transfer AP No. 33 of 2006 titled as Dharampal Seth v. Central Bank of India, AP No. 35 of 2006 titled as Dharampal Seth v. Central Bank of India, AP No. 38 of 2006 titled as Culture Clothing v. Central Bank of India, and MA No. 33 of 2006 titled as Central Bank of India v. Fine Spinning to DRT-I, Chandigarh. It is ordered accordingly.
Record of the aforesaid cases be transferred to DRT-I, Chandigarh. A copy of this order be sent to both the Tribunals for compliance.
