Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.
This petition is directed against the order of the Appellate Court dated 02.07.2014 passed in Civil Misc. Appeal No.4 of 2012 by which the temporary injunction sought by the original plaintiff-respondent has been granted.
Being aggrieved with the order, the petitioners – original defendants are before this Court praying inter alia that the impugned order passed by the Appellate Court having been passed by ignoring settled principle of law with respect to granting or refusing the temporary injunction.
Learned advocate for the petitioners, upon instructions, states that the suit is at the fag end and it may likely to conclude within short span of time, and therefore, the Court may dispose of this petition confirming interim relief till finality of the suit.
Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties, without much discussion on merits of the case, interim relief dated 12.08.2014 passed by this Court is hereby confirmed till final disposal of the suit. The learned Trial Court shall ensure that the suit proceedings be disposed of as far as possible expeditiously.
With the above observations, present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
This Court has not expressed anything on merits of the case.
