The counsel for the petitioners submit that as directed by this Court, they had given their requirements to the 2nd respondent. The counsel for the
KMSCL as well as the Advocate General submit that they are yet to receive the requirements of the petitioners so that they can give a specific reply
regarding the manner in which they can procure those items and supply to the petitioners. A statement has been filed on behalf of the Government
wherein they have stated a route map that could be adopted to expedite the direction issued by this Court earlier. The Senior counsel appearing for the
petitioners submits that the said route map may not serve the purpose since going by that, the process will take more than 30 days and there is no
clarity regarding the price. Since the respondents submitted that they do not have a clear idea about the requirement of the petitioners, they will be
able to say about the price only after they get details of the requirements.
In the circumstance, the petitioners are directed to place their requirements immediately before the 4th respondent vide email and also forward a copy
of the same to the Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent. A copy of the same should be submitted to the 1st respondent as well.
Post the writ petitions on 03.08.2021 for further orders.
