Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, has placed on record instructions dated 29.6.2020 received from the department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, whereby it is informed that petitioner was promoted as Food Supply Officer (FSO) vide Government Notification No. FDS-B(2)-4/2012 dated 11.11.2013 w.e.f. 23.02.2012 on notional basis and thereafter he was further promoted as District Controller vide State Government notification No. FDS-B(15)-1/2015 dated 3.7.2015 and thereafter, petitioner stands superannuated on 31.10.2017 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated.

2 Notifications/office orders dated 11.11.2013, 3.7.2015 and 31.10.2017 have also been placed on record along with instructions.

3 In view of above, nothing survives to be adjudicated. As such, petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file afresh for redressal of his grievances, if any, still remain. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
