P.C. Verma, J.—Sri S.P. Agarwal has accepted notice for C.B.I. He prays for and is allowed four weeks time to file counter affidavit.

After signing of the above order, it was pointed out by the Learned Counsel for the applicant that due to inadvertent the above order has been wrongly transcribed. The order has been wrongly transcribed.

It has been submitted by the Learned Counsel for the applicant that charge-sheet has been submitted in the year 1989 and since then the trial is pending in the court of special Judge, C.B.I. Dehradun.
In these circumstances, the Learned Counsel for the applicant confined his prayer only upto to the extent of early disposal of the trial.
Therefore, it is directed that the Session trial No. 38 of 1993 State v. Yogendra Verma and Ors. pending before the special Judge, C.B.I. Dehradun be disposed of expeditiously.
