This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ, order or direcition, especially in the nature of CERTIORARI for setting aside the impugned order No.DPH/ECA-2/188/2022 vide covering Memo No. ECA-2-2022/112311-325 dated 21.09.2022 passed by respondent No.2 and further to direct the respondents to decide the objections of petitioner/villagers dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure P-4).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation for claiming the relief as sought in the present writ petition and direction may be issued to decide the same after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The learned State counsel submits that let the petitioner appear before respondent No.2 on 06.10.2022 for personal hearing and his representation dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) shall be considered and decided.
Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the claim of the petitioner and even the assertions set out in the petition, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4-Director General Development and Panchayats Department, Haryana, to consider and decide the objections/application dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) (marked to the Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat), expeditiously, in accordance with law by passing a speaking order on 06.10.2022.
The present petition stands disposed off accordingly.
