Judgment

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner, who is working as Chief Medical Superintendent, has challenged the transfer order dated 25.03.2020, (Annexure P-1), whereby he has been transferred from the office of Dr. YSPGMC Nahan to the Office Deputy Director, Health Services, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh and has further challenged order dated 20th June, 2020 (Annexure P-4), whereby the respondent has directed the petitioner to comply the order dated 25.03.2020 (Annexure P-1) in letter and spirit.
We have heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the entire record carefully.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a representation alongwith supporting documents before the respondent and if the petitioner does so, the respondent is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders within three weeks, thereafter.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any.
