Heard Mr. S.G. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners.
This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners who are the parents-in-laws of the informant and they challenge order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No. 2101 of 2018 arising out of Info City P.S. Cse No. 10 of 2018, taking cognizance of offences punishable under Sections 498-A/323/34 of IPC against them and others.
Issue notice to the opposite party both in main case and interlocutory application.
Notice on behalf of the sole opp. party is accepted by Ms. S. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the State who is directed to obtain the case diary.
List this case in the week commencing from 09.01.2023.
In the interim, it is directed that further proceeding in C.T. No.2101 of 2018 pending before the S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar shall remain stayed till the next date.
