Judgment

The present petition has been filed seeking mainly the following relief:
“ i) That in view of the facts and circumstances mentioned hereinabove in this writ petition, the writ petition may kindly be allowed and the respondent department may kindly be directed to post the petitioner at GSSS Sechunala Distt. Chamba, keeping in view disability of the petitioner.”
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner shall be satisfied in case the representation, which has been made by him, vide Annexure P-2, dated 26.12.2025, is ordered to be decided in accordance with law.
Accordingly, respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-2, dated 26.12.2025 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two days from today in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the decision on the representation shall be taken by the authority concerned strictly in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
