On 04.10.2021, the following order was passed:-
“On the face of it, the CP is barred by the period of limitation. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps, list the CP on 10.11.2021.”

Today, learned counsel for petitioner has stated that he does not want to proceed with the present petition and seeks leave of this Tribunal to withdraw the present petition. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present CP (IB) No. 105/Chd/Pb/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
