ORDER

This application is filed by Dena Bank (now known as Bank of Baroda) under Section 60(5) r.w. Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 seeking permission to discharge the present IRP Mr. Samir Kumar Bhattacharyya having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00273/2017-2018/10831 from the duty of the IRP of Hind Syntex Ltd. and to appoint newly proposed IRP Mr. Ram Ratan Modi having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00051/2017-18/10125 to act as an IRP of the Corporate Debtor in TP 48 of 2019 [CP(IB) 305 of 2019].

We allow this application and appoint newly proposed IRP Mr. Ram Ratan Modi having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00051/2017-18/10125 to act as an IRP of the Corporate Debtor.

With this direction, IA/50(MP)2022 stands allowed and disposed of.
