None for the Petitioner, despite repeated call.
It is matter of record that, in the present matter the Petitioner is not appearing since 13.12.2019 08.11.2019. Today also there is no representation from the side of the Petitioner, hence the present IB petition is deserves to be dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
Accordingly, TP 48 of 2019 [CP(IB) 305 of 2019] is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
