This petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.9,43,528/- from the respondent(s).
We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent(s).
We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued notice upon Proprietor of the respondent namely Mr. Saiyyad Ajij Saiyyad Nabi Address- N-42/2 House No.16, Abdul Khaleeque Nagar, Malegaon Nashik, Maharashtra-423203 through Aisha Nagar Police Station, Address:- Siopar Colony, Imdad Nagar, Malegaon, Maharashtra 423203
The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent(s).
We, therefore, request to the Superintendent of Police Malegaon, Address: SP Office Police Headquarter Adgaon Nashik -422003, Phone No- 0253-2200444 Email- [email protected] that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 24.11.2023 be served upon the respondent(s) through the aforesaid Police Station.
Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 24.11.2023 be sent to Superintendent of Police Malegaon, Address: SP Office Police Headquarter Adgaon Nashik -422003, Phone No.- 0253-2200444 Email- [email protected] by the Registered Post AD or by Speed Post.
Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as order dated 24.11.2023 of this Tribunal to the Superintendent of Police, Malegaon, Address: SP Office Police Headquarter Adgaon Nashik -422003, Phone No.- 0253-2200444 Email- [email protected].
