Judgment
The Postal Department has given the endorsement that the head of the concerned Police Station has refused to accept the notice.
We expect from the superintendent of police that such type of police officers who are refusing to accept the notice of this Tribunal should be issued a notice by the Superintendent of Police. We also direct the petitioner to give the name of the police officer so that we can join the police officer as a respondent, and we can issue notice action against the said erring officer.
This petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.4,07,796/- from the respondent(s).
We have heard counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent(s).
We had on earlier dates of adjournments issued Bailable Warrant upon the respondent(s) through Sadar Police Station Hansi Address: NH 10, Bahadur Colony, Hansi, Haryana 125033.
The aforesaid Bailable Warrant has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the respondent(s).
We, therefore, request Superintendent of Police, 1st Floor, Mini Secretariat, Hansi,125033 Office Ph. No. 8813089300, Email.sphansi.pol-hry@gov.in, that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 29.01.2024 be served upon the respondent(s) through the aforesaid Police Station.
Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 29.01.2024 be sent to Superintendent of Police, 1st Floor, Mini Secretariat, Hansi,125033 Office Ph. No. 8813089300, Email. sphansi.pol-hry@gov.in, by the Registered Post AD or by Speed Post.
